Cascade Forestry provides guarantees for various products.

Container Stock Information - Our container stock is normally in biodegradable fiber pots.We offer a 80% conditional survival guarantee on such material (20% deductible). Customer must pay for the replacement of up to 20 percent of the original order (by species) when losses occur. We will then replace (one time)  container stock losses that have occurred during the first growing season. Guarantee is contingent upon proper planting and maintenance of plants, including watering and mulching. Our guarantee does not cover trees planted in fill, excavated ground, or ground unsuitable for those species (as determined by the District Forester). The guarantee is for a one-time replacement. Losses related to external forces such as drought, livestock, herbicides, wildlife, storms, fires, floods, snowmobiles, etc, are not covered. Discounted stock is not covered by the guarantee. Guarantee is also void if trees are improperly transported (trees should be totally protected from wind). There are no guarantees, expressed or implied, other than the above-listed guarantee. Evidence of such losses must be provided by the end of the first growing season for guarantee to be valid. Only available in Spring.

Tree-Planting Survival Guarantee - Cascade Forestry offers an 80 percent survival guarantee on trees we plant that are from our nursery. We have been planting trees in the Midwest for more than 28 years. During this time, we have completed some 1,500 individual tree planting projects using almost seven million seedlings covering more than 14,000 acres.

Our field experience is the basis for our efforts to produce the highest quality seedlings that are capable of surviving and growing vigorously.

The survival guarantee is an overall guarantee. Survival estimates are to be made by an impartial party such as your District Forester. This is usually done at the end of the first growing season. Exclusions include natural disasters such as floods, drought, animal damage, and losses resulting from man-caused events such as fire, mowing etc. Our guarantee does not cover trees planted on excavated ground.
